10:30 - 12:00 - Session 1
12:45 - 14:15 Session 2
14:30 - 15:15 Session 3 (Trackgear for this session i.e tee-shirt and shorts)
Notes:
Training Fee £15 if paying by cheque to be made payable to: English Karate Federation Ltd and write athletes name on reverse.
Bring appropriate nutrition/plenty of fluids (hydration and energy drinks)
Minimum Age 10yrs Minimum Grade 5th Kyu
