The city of Rijeka is very proud to have again been entrusted with hosting such an important karate competition, and relying on its previous experience with organisation of major sport events, such as the Mediterranean Championship in 2001, the European Cadet and Junior Championship in 2004 and Croatia Open this year, the Organisation Committee and the Karate Federation are sure to do their best to make this a pleasant event for the participants.
“15th Croatia Open 2015” will also be an opportunity for national teams of partner countries to test their form for the world championship in Jakarta in November 2015. In addition to the competition itself that is once again going to be held at the Zamet Sports Centre, I also hope that the city itself will do its best to offer many a pleasant and lovely moment to remember for the future.
