The Commonwealth Sambo Association, in association with British Sombo Federation, is delighted to announce the 2015 President’s Cup. This year’s event will be staged on Sunday 27th September, at Event City in Manchester. The British President’s Cup will continue to grow the sport and capitalise on the huge success of the inaugural event, held last year at Bluewater in Kent. There are several exciting developments planned for this year and these will be revealed in the run up to the tournament. However, the same explosive mix of Sport and Combat Sambo, featuring a large number of World Champions from all around the globe, will form the centrepiece of the occasion. Can Team GB repeat the heroics of last year’s Silver medal? Can anyone stop Team Russia? Can we find a way to make more noise than 24 bagpipers in a closed hall?
