Open Squad Session
13.30 -15.30hrs session one (all ages)
15.30 -17.30hrs session two (all ages
Kumite - Ensure you bring ALL your protective equipment (pads, gum-shields etc.)
Bring appropriate nutrition/plenty of fluids (hydration and energy drinks)
Minimum attendance age 10yrs
