The National championships are being held on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th April 2015 at the Ponds Forge Sports Centre, Sheaf Street, Sheffield, S1
2BP.

Registration is from 9.00am with the competition starting at 10am prompt on both days. Please don't forget that the EKF entry closing date is Saturday 4 th April 2015 (No entries will be accepted after this date and no corrections to entries can be made after this date)

Important Notes

 This event is open to all EKF registered athletes who may enter as part of a Club or Association.
 Athletes must be in possession of a valid current EKF Registration licence, which will be checked on the day of competition.
 Payments by cheque are to be made payable to ‘EKF’. BACS Transfer is permitted but when paid, this should be referenced with EKF National
Championships 2015, accompanied by an email to Events Organiser Paulcampbell12@hotmail.com
 Associations are reminded of their responsibility and the importance of insurance cover for all athletes and that coaches signing entry forms have confirmed
 they have seen all registrations including insurance cover for all their competitors.
 To ensure the highest quality of Refereeing, Dale Gamble EKF Chief Referee will be in charge of a team of qualified WKF and EKF Referees
on the day.

COACHES:
 There will be licence & weight check on the day (No Licence , No participation)
 Will ensure only 3
rd Kyu & Above and 12 years old + will participate in this EKF National Championships 2015
 Any competitor failing the weigh-in check will not be allowed to change category on the day (allowance of +/- 1 Kg will be made.
 Weigh In for competitors must be done wearing a White Karate Suit(GI), this can be made upon till 3pm on the Saturday for Day 1 competitors and between 8.30am –
12 noon for Day 2 Competitors.
 Coaches have up until Closing Date 4
th April 2015, to amend the original submitted entry form,
 Coaches on the day of competition must be in Association tracksuits and in receipt of an EKF TATAMI COACHES ACCREDITATION to coach around the
competition areas.
