Welcome to the 25 th annual Central Mass Open. We are back once again at Gardner High School. Every year has brought in new people and great competition. This year will not be an exception! We thank you for support, and good luck to all!

Pre-Registration: $50 for all events if registered by March 9. No refunds.

Registration: Registration table opens at 7:30 a.m. No refunds. No checks at the door.
$60 for all events if registering on the day of the tournament
Demo Team: Team members must be registered competitors, no additional charge for demo.
Teams of 5 or more, 4 minute time limit (not including introduction)
Demo teams: Be ready to go at 8:15. Demos will start at 8:30 sharp!
Trophies: 1
st through 4th in all divisions. Kata and Weapons divisions with over 10 competitors will have
awards given out to ½ of the total competitors. For Example: 10 Competitors = 5 awards or
16 competitors = 8 places awarded. Participation medals for all that do not place.
Grands: Unique Grand Champion awards as always.

Spectator Fee: $8 – Ages 12 and up, $5 – Ages 3 to 11, Ages 2 and under – free
Safety Equipment: Foam-dipped hands, feet, headgear and mouthpiece are mandatory in all fighting divisions.
Protective cup is mandatory for all male competitors. All competitors must provide their own
equipment. Ringstar shoes are allowed in adult black belt divisions only.

Special Request: Out of respect for each competitor all Black Belts officiating are asked to wear a gi or school
uniform.
