The age division that you sign up for must be the age you will be as of July 1st 2015. This is due to fact that this is the qualifier for the AAU National Championships held June 30th through July 5th. If age is challenged, please be able to produce proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport, etc.
Events:
Kata (Forms), Kumite (Sparring), Kobudo (Weapons). The entry fee covers all of the above listed events. Competitors may compete in any or all events.
Rules:
All sparring divisions will be using AAU Karate Sanban Rules. All Katas must be traditional Okinawan or Japanese. For the Complete Rule Book Please Visit:
