The 1:00pm class (No punch‐in necessary if you are taking the test; class fee is included in the test fee) on the
above days will allow all students (both children and adults) to review their requirements. The test will run from
2:30pm until around 4:00pm.
To register, complete the application form below, detach and return the bottom portion to the JACC receptionist
with the $80 test fee before the test begins. We accept cash, check or credit card payments. Please make
all checks payable to "Yushin-juku".
The test venue is Japanese Art & Cultural Center (4334 Moorpark Ave, San Jose, CA 95129; 408‐418‐3535;
