Fall Seminar: November 7-9, 2014
Join Kaicho Bruce Bookman and his long-time friend and colleague, James Friedman sensei, 6th dan, in this invigorating weekend seminar. They bring years of experience to the exploration of all aspects of aikido including harmonious endings to non-traditional attacks, weapons work and more traditional forms.
Friday: 6:00-8:00pm Outside the Box. Aikido and self-defence against non-traditional attacks.
Saturday: 7:30-9:00am weapons practice in the park
12:30-1:45, 2:15-3:30, traditional aikido
Potluck starts at 6:30
Sunday: 9:00-11:00am, 12:15-2:15, traditional aikido
Cost: $150 for the weekend.
Friday only: $45
