Group 1 Players born between 2003 -2006 but 8 years
on the day.
Boys: u25kg, u27kg, u30kg, u34kg, u38kg, u42kg, u46kg & o46kg
Girls: u24kg, u28kg, u32kg, u36kg, u40kg, u44kg & o44kg. The under 12’s apply rules for this category

Group 2 Players born between 2000 - 2002
Boys u30kg, u34kg, u38kg, u42kg, u46kg, u50kg, u55kg, u60kg, u66kg, o66kg
Girls: u32kg, u36kg, u40kg, u44kg, u48kg, u52kg, u57kg, u63kg & o63kg.

Group 3 Players born between 1997 - 1999
Boys u38kg, u42kg, u46kg, u50kg, u55kg, u60kg, u66kg, u73kg,
u81kg, u90kg, o90kg

Girls u40kg, u44kg, u48kg, u52kg, u57kg, u63, u70kg o70kg
Shime-waza and Kansetsu-waza will apply in this group only

PROOF OF AGE MUST BE PRODUCED ON THE DAY WEIGH-IN:

Group 1 09-00 to 09-30
Group 2 10-00 to 10-30
Group 3 11-30 to 12-00

The organisers reserve the right to combine weight groups in the case of insufficient entries. Method of competition: first round pools second round KO and repechage.

Rules: This is a 2 star tournament, BJA rules will apply throughout the event and will be in accordance with the Tournament Handbook. The decision of the Tournament Director will be final.
