Rules USA-NKF Rules of Competition Traditional white karate gi. Kumite competitors must wear red
or blue fist pads, red or blue belts, mouth guard, groin protector (males), and optional female
chest protectors, WKF Approved instep & shin protectors and facemasks are optional.
Fees $55 for one event (non-USANKF Member)
$10 for each additional event
$50 for one event (USANKF Member)
