Plans are now finalized for the upcoming 9th North American & International Kyokushin Karate Black Belt
Conference. In preparation for this event please find included all pertinent information related to the
conference.

Travel: Transportation to Banff will be the responsibility of each individual participant.
For those flying into the area, please arrive at the Calgary International Airport, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
An hourly shuttle bus is available for transportation to and from Calgary Airport and the Banff Centre.

Another economical alternative would be for those arriving as a group, to rent a car or van and share the cost.
Calgary International Airport has all major car rental agencies available within the terminal. When booking a
vehicle this should be done for pickup at the Calgary International Airport Terminal. If you wish to arrive in the Banff area before the conference or extend your stay after the conference, please
contact Stuart Corrigal, and I will advise you of local hotels and amenities.
