Daedo PSS Hogu will be provided for A Class athletes. All A Class athletes must provide their own socks.

All athletes must provide their own standard non-electronic body protection in the B Class Division

All players must wear the required protective equipment: WTF recognised head-gear; WTF recognised body protector, groin guard, shin guards, arm guards, hand gloves and a clear or white mouth piece.

All contestants will be required to proceed to the inspection desk for officials to check their dobok and protective equipment before entering the competition area.

Any contestant wearing unofficial equipment will not be permitted to compete.

Please note: we will allow changes in competitor weight groups should a player fail the weigh-in (subject to an administration fee of £15.00 payable at the time of the weigh-in).

In addition, groups with single competitors will be combined with adjoining weight groups to ensure that all players will have the opportunity to compete.

Please note – players who fail to make their weight at the Sunday weigh-in WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. ONLY players weighing in at the Saturday weigh-in will be allowed to move categories.

In line with the GB ruling – Cadets and Children can only have 1 weigh-in. Juniors are allowed to lose up to 0.3 and seniors up to 0.5kg and have a second weigh-in.

The minimum age for a coach must be 18 years. Coaches will only be permitted at ringside in sportswear. All coaches must hold a current membership, CRB, Instructors Insurance and Club Insurance. All coaches to supply their M number with entries on-line. Coaches missing any part of this will fail the audit and be prevented from coaching.

Only the Head Coach is allowed to protest to the Competition Supervisory Board, immediately after the end of the contest in question. An amount of £30:00 will have to be paid for each protest lodged. The decision of the referee chairman is final.
