* Team Category – Category No.1 and No. 32 = 2 persons (ages 7 – 12) & 1 person (ages 13 – 15)
KATA
• Categories Nos. 2-7, 9, 11 = 1st Round Heian Kata only, 2nd Round and thereafter Different Heian Kata
• Categories Nos. 8, 10 = Heian only in preliminary rounds, but must change kata between rounds. Final round Free Kata.
• Categories Nos. 12, 13 = Until Best 8 (Dai Ichi or Dai Ni Shite Kata (Bassai Dai, Seienchin, Nipaipo, Matsumura Rohai)
Free Kata Thereafter
KUMITE
• Ages - under 15 = 90 seconds, 4 point match
• Ages – over 15 = 120 seconds, 6 point match
• WKF Protectors required
• Faceguard required for ages under 18
FEE
• J￥3,000 Flat Fee allows unrestricted entry in all eligible categories
• Payment must be paid in Japan, one day prior to the tournament
